Most leaks around a chimney are a roofing problem and a masonry problem at the same time. Top Hat does both, so the job does not stop at the flashing.

Crown rebuilds, custom fabricated chase covers, custom sized caps with spark arrestors, step and counter flashing, and breathable waterproofing. Because the same crew works roofs, they find whether the water is coming from the chimney, the flashing or the roof.
