Siding that keeps the weather out of the wall
New siding, full replacement and storm repair for homes, plus metal panel siding for shops and steel buildings, across Springdale and Northwest Arkansas.
Chapter 01
Why bad siding costs more than it looks
Siding is the skin of the house, and skin that is cracked, warped or breaking down lets moisture in behind it. You do not see that water. You see the results later: mold, soft sheathing, drafts through the wall and a heating bill that creeps up for no clear reason.
Storms are the usual trigger around here. A hailstorm or a limb in a high wind can crack a run of siding or knock a panel loose, and a small opening on the weather side of the house is enough to start the damage.
If you have found cracked boards, loose panels or stains below a seam, call the Springdale shop at (479) 751-0432 and we will take a look before the problem moves inside the wall.

New siding, replacement and storm repair
Top Hat handles new siding installation, full siding replacement and storm damaged siding repair, plus exterior wall upgrades and trim and fascia integration. We evaluate the structure first and recommend materials that fit how long you need it to last and how you want the house to look.
The work that matters most is the part you never see: precise alignment, secure fastening and a proper moisture barrier behind the siding. Done right, it helps prevent water damage, cuts drafts and improves how the wall insulates.
Trim and fascia are where siding meets the roofline, so we treat them as part of the same job. That keeps the edges tight and the transitions sealed instead of leaving a gap for water at the corners.
Chapter 03
Metal building siding, and the whole exterior as one system
Steel buildings need siding too. We install metal panel siding, steel wall systems and exterior panel replacement, along with weather sealing and trim, for workshops, storage buildings, agricultural structures and commercial properties.
Because we also do roofing, gutters and flashing, we understand how a wall sheds water and where it gets in. Siding that is installed without thinking about the roof edge, the gutters and the flashing above it is siding that will fail early.
That is the advantage of having one exterior contractor look at the whole envelope. We plan the roof, the gutters and the walls so every piece works together to move water away from your property.
Siding and exterior work from Springdale since 1983. Call (479) 751-0432.
Siding is only one piece of the water plan. New gutters keep runoff off the wall, and the roof above has to be sound too. See our roof repair and replacement work, or look at metal roofing and buildings if the project is a shop or storage building.
