Commercial
Industrial Stack Maintenance in Northwest Arkansas
Inspection, liner work and structural repair for commercial and industrial stacks, planned around your operation and documented in writing.
Chapter 01
What an industrial stack goes through
An industrial stack is a chimney under punishment. It swings through thermal expansion every time the process cycles, carries acidic exhaust that eats at liners and mortar, and stands in open weather at height. None of that damage announces itself from the ground. Corrosion, liner defects and moisture intrusion can build for years before anyone sees a symptom.
When a stack finally shows trouble, the bill is rarely just the repair. Structural weakness and liner damage can disrupt operations, create safety hazards and add liability for the facility. That is why routine inspection is worth more than the repair it prevents, and why Top Hat treats stack work as maintenance first and emergency second.

Inspecting a stack without stopping the plant
Top Hat's inspections cover the whole structure: ground level structural assessments, elevated close up inspections, interior liner evaluations, and inspection of ladders and access components. Technicians use rope access techniques to reach hard to get at areas and judge structural integrity while keeping downtime to a minimum, rather than erecting scaffolding that idles the facility.
Everything is documented with photo and video. Diagnostic methods are used to look for hot spots, liner defects, moisture intrusion and chemical deterioration that the exterior hides. You get a detailed condition report, with a structural integrity analysis, identified corrosion and chemical damage, liner condition, repair recommendations and a preventative maintenance strategy you can budget against.
Chapter 03
Repair, and a record you can use
When the inspection finds damage, repair is scoped to it. That can mean liner repair or replacement, structural masonry repair, joint and crack sealing, corrosion mitigation, or reinforcement of failing components. Certified technicians do the work with the aim of minimizing operational downtime, drawing on decades of experience with chimney and stack systems.
Top Hat works with commercial and industrial facilities across Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma from its Springdale shop.
